Hi Heather,  We just had our wedding last weekend and are still devouring some cake left-overs - I can part with it! It
is so delicious. The red velvet is moist and flavorful. The cream cheese filling was perfect in combination with the
butter cream frosting. AND by the way, it was absolutely stunning! I wanted the cake to be a big deal and, oh my, it
was. Not only was it HUGE and delicious, the silver platter set it off so nicely, and it was simple, sleek and exactly
